My interactive stitcher project is going to be quite rigorous, considering there are multiple programs I will need to learn and use in order to execute this project.<\/p>\n
However, within a short span of research time, I was able to find many great resources that will be useful in helping me with my project. Professor Ault was helpful in suggesting that I research”computer vision.”<\/p>\n
To define the term computer vision, it is “a field of computer science that works on enabling computers to see, identify, and process images in the same way that human vision does, and then provide appropriate output.” (- technopedia.com). It also goes hand-in-hand with artificial intelligence (AI), considering the computer has to interpret things it sees and then have its actions match whatever it’s interpreting.<\/p>\n
